If you are looking for pure heat, you’ve found it! Made from a blend of Trinidad Scorpions and Ghost (bhut Jolokia) peppers, we recommend using sparingly until you know you can take it! With Scoville heat units north of 1.5 million units, we use full hazmat gear when processing the peppers for this sauce.
The flesh on the Ghost and Trinidad Scorpion peppers is very thin, so while we had a bumper crop, the sauce yield is small compared to our Bolas Calientes. Consequently, the price reflects this smaller yield. And, a little goes a long way!
