We use it on eggs, pizza, pulled pork or wherever you need a pick-me-up for bland food. A bottle is always on our kitchen counter and goes rather quickly. Shake a bit in soups, jambalaya, gumbo or etouffee for just the right amount of heat.<\/p>\n<p>Bolas Calientes is made from a blend of peppers from from very hot habaneros, to milder varieties like Hungarian yellows. It has a full-bodied, well-rounded pepper flavor.
